What ingredients are in your products?

We want the Dead Tide Crew to be educated on our amazing natural ingredients that are in our personal hygiene products, so we've made it easy and transparent for our customers. You can find our ingredients on our product pages as well as our benefits to why our products are superior to the competition!

What is the shelf life of your products?

Bar Soap

The shelf life for our bars of soap is 24 months. While it could last up to 24 months, we recommend using it prior to that for maximum fragrance. We also recommend storing them in a dry, cool place while not in use.

Deodorant

Our deodorant typically supports a 2-year shelf life. Be sure to store this in a cool, dry place.

Can women use Dead Tide Naturals?

Hell Yes! Our soaps and products are unisex and can be used by both men and women.

Are your ingredients organic?

Although we are not certified organic, we strive to make our products with naturally derived ingredients. If you have any questions about a specific product, feel free to reach out!

Do any of your soap bars offer exfoliating?

At this time they do not. But look out for future products.

How is Dead Tide soap different from commercial soaps?

We only make soap the old-fashioned way. By making cold process soap, our bars are made with natural oils and ingredients that make you feel moisturized and refreshed. This means you're getting a quality product that will help cleanse your skin. So go grab some Dead Tide Naturals!

Do single items turn into Signature Pack Subscriptions?

Yes, all single items turn into a signature pack subscription. You can cancel, pause, or skip at anytime.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order using your account. Please allow 3-5 business days(not including weekends)for your order to process for shipment. When your order has left our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info. Your tracking link can also be found on your account page.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders

When will my order ship?

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process for shipment. Once shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be delivered for US/CA standard ground orders.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link that contains your order’s up-to-date location status. Your tracking link can also be found on your account page.

In rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times, we do experience stockouts, which can cause longer delays in order processing times. Additionally, during promotions and the holiday season, shipments may be slightly delayed due to higher-than-normal order volumes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We also offer priority shipping for both UPS and FedEx for additional fees, in case you need to expedite your order!

Large orders may be shipped via UPS Ground or Fedex Ground and will also arrive in 5-10 business days.
